🛑 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gbos Hotel & Event Center, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring convenience for our guests while enabling us to manage our operations effectively.

Room Reservations:

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their room reservation at no cost if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will attract a 50% charge of the total booking value.

• No-Shows: If a guest does not arrive and no cancellation is made, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of the room rate will be charged. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Event Bookings:

• Initial Deposit: All event reservations require an initial deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• Full Refund: A full refund (excluding deposit) is applicable if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding deposit).

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days to the event date will not qualify for any refund, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

• For payments made via bank transfer, guests may be asked to provide account details for processing.

Special Considerations:

• In cases of emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters), refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.

• Gbos Hotel & Event Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and communicated appropriately.
